Villex Web, a division of Villex Entreprises LLC ("Villex Web") builds websites that work for everyone, and we hold this site to the same standard. Accessibility is part of how we design and build, not an afterthought.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a practical target on the sites we build, including this one. In practice that means:
- Semantic, well-structured HTML with clear headings and landmarks.
- Keyboard-operable navigation, menus, and interactive components, with visible focus.
- Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Readable color contrast and scalable text.
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is never finished. We continue to test with keyboards and assistive technology and to improve as standards and tools evolve. If part of this site does not yet meet the mark, we want to know.
