Every build must pass a performance budget before it is allowed to deploy, and every live site is monitored around the clock afterward. Speed is not a promise we make; it is a gate the build cannot skip. Google rewards that, and so do impatient visitors on their phones.
You also own the result outright. The builder platforms rent you a site: stop paying and it disappears, and you can never take it with you. We hand over the code, the content, and full admin access, so the asset you paid for is genuinely yours. Yes. Presence builds run about 2 weeks, Growth 3 to 5 weeks, and Authority 6 to 8 weeks, and we put your launch date in writing before we start. If we miss it for reasons on our side, you receive a credit, set out in your agreement.
What does a website cost?+
Our published ladder is fixed and public: Presence from $3,500, Growth $7,500 to $15,000, and Authority $18,000 to $40,000, agreed in writing before work begins. No hourly billing and no surprise invoices.
What do you need from me during the build?+
About an hour for kickoff, your photos and business details, and timely feedback at the design approval point. We handle everything else, and copywriting is available as an add-on if you would rather not write a word.
What happens after launch, am I on my own?+
No. Every build ships with a walkthrough and documentation, and the optional Care Plan from $149 per month covers hosting, updates, monitoring, and a real person to call. You own the site either way.
