VILLEX WEB Fast. Owned. Found.
Free · Reviewed by a human, not a scanner

A free teardown of your website, done by a real person.

Automated tools hand you a score and a wall of jargon. We do something no tool can: a person actually works through your site, clicks every button, and tells you in plain English what is quietly costing you calls. You get an honest teardown with your top three fixes, ranked. No cost, no obligation, no sales call unless you ask for one.

We hand-review a limited number of sites each week, so spots are first come, first served.

The difference

What an automated scanner will never tell you

A scanner counts errors and prints a number. It cannot tell you that your main call-to-action button does nothing when a real person taps it, that your "Services" link quietly sends visitors to the wrong page, or that a customer on a phone gives up two taps before your number. Those are the things that actually lose the sale, and the only way to catch them is for a human to use the site the way your customer would.

That is what your teardown is. A person, working through your real site, telling you plainly what is working, what is broken, and what to fix first.

A scanner vs a teardown
  • Scanner"Performance score: 74. 3 accessibility warnings."
  • Teardown"Your Get a quote button on mobile is dead, and your top nav points to the wrong page. Fix those two and every ad dollar starts converting."

The three highest-payoff fixes, ranked
  1. Critical The mobile "Call now" button does nothing. On a phone, the header tap target is covered by the menu overlay, so a ready-to-book customer taps and nothing happens. This is the single biggest leak on the site: every mobile visitor who wants to call is being turned away.
  2. High The homepage takes 5.1s to become usable on 4G. A 2.3MB uncompressed hero image loads first. Most visitors leave before they ever see it. Serving a right-sized image drops this under one second.
  3. High No service-area or city pages, so you are invisible in local search. Google has nothing to rank for "drain cleaning Fort Lauderdale." Adding structured service and city pages is the fastest path onto the map.
Quick read across the six areas
Speed & Core Web Vitals Poor, 5.1s to usable on 4G
Mobile experience Broken, dead call button
Local SEO & Google Weak, no city pages
Path to a call Leaking, buried phone number
Click-through 2 dead links found
Trust & credibility Fair, no reviews shown

What your teardown covers

Six things, reviewed by hand

Every teardown works through the same six areas, so nothing important gets missed.

Speed and Core Web Vitals

How fast your site really loads on a real phone, and what the delay is costing you in visitors who leave before it opens.

Mobile experience

What your site actually feels like in a customer’s hand, where most of your traffic already is.

Local SEO and Google

Whether you show up in local search and on the map for what you do, and the specific things holding your ranking back.

The path to a call

Whether the site turns a visitor into a phone call or a form, or quietly loses them, and exactly where it leaks.

A real click-through

A person clicks every button and link, on every key page, and confirms each one works and goes where it should.

Trust and credibility

The signals that make a stranger comfortable hiring you, and the gaps that make them hesitate.

Why you can trust the work

Real builds and written guarantees, not stock testimonials

We are a young studio and we will not pretend otherwise. Instead of a wall of invented reviews, here is the actual work you can look at, and exactly what we put in writing.

Ogun Factory Automation Client build

Ogun needed a serious website presence for automation and controls work, not a placeholder template. Villex Web rebuilt the structure around industrial credibility, service clarity, local search, and a clean path for prospects to understand capabilities and start a conversation.

Fine Edge Industries Client build

Fine Edge needed more than a clean brochure site. The business needed a credible digital presence for industrial fabrication, mobile welding, structural work, custom metal projects, van upfitting, and local visibility across South Florida. Villex Web rebuilt the site around service clarity, project proof, location relevance, and a stronger foundation for Google visibility.

Villex Co Our brand

Villex Co needed a polished marketing home for templates, checklists, and digital products, while purchases could still flow through Etsy, Gumroad, or other channels. Villex Web built the site as the owned brand layer: fast, structured, SEO-ready, and flexible enough to support future products, bundles, and content.

Villex Entreprises Our brand

Villex Entreprises needed a corporate home that could explain multiple divisions without confusing visitors: consulting, bookkeeping, business services, client strategy, digital products, web services, automation, and future ventures. The build focused on structure, credibility, division clarity, and a scalable foundation that can grow as the company grows.
