Statements on this site describe how we work in general; they are not a standalone guarantee independent of that agreement. Performance figures such as load time and PageSpeed are targets we build to and depend in part on factors outside our control, such as your chosen hosting and any third-party tools you add.

When we build a site for you and you have paid in full, the code and content we produce for you are yours, as set out in your agreement. You are responsible for your own domain registration, hosting account, and any third-party services in your name.
